Open Doors for the Gospel in India

We are grateful to the Lord for His many blessings that includes you, our praying partners.
We appreciate your interceding on our behalf. Through your precious prayers and support, our God has been opening the doors, enabling us to proclaim His glorious Word and bringing in His sheaves, His captives like me, home. That is what Christ came for “to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;” (Isa 61:1b).
We are thankful to our Lord for granting us His precious presence and His joy as we minister among many enemies of the Gospel. “The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. (Ps 110:2).
As much as possible, our daily routine includes meeting each morning for studies of the Word and brief time of prayer. Some mornings we travel to the villages/towns to preach and to the breaking of bread among the saints. Some days we travel to the preaching points where the unconverted souls are gathered through the brethren’s contact. In this all our hope and our confidence are not in ourselves or in our ingenuity but in our God Who has given us His sure Word and “Who is rich in mercy” and “abundant in goodness and truth” .. Who is worthy of all our worship, praises and adoration.
By His grace, our family and the brethren are doing well. My dear wife Anita and the two older ones have recently traveled back to Kansas City. Samuel and Elizabeth will continue attending the Longview community college.
Praise be to our Lord for watching over and protecting us during the summer heat in Nagpur. The temps were gone up to 116-117F during the months of May and early June. We thank Him for the Monsoon rains which brought much relief.
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.” (Rev 5:12). With a grateful heart and in the love of the Lamb, Prem Waghmare and family.
